We provide all necessary maintenance, so you do not have to worry about anything ( AC filter replacement, lamp and battery replacement - cost of items not included);

Our monthly management fee covers many services such as operating all accounts, maintenance 24h, 7 days a week, replacement of AC filters, replacement of standard bulbs (cost of bulbs not included) and alarms ( battery not included).
